Sally began her career at the BBC, Series Producing a diverse range of shows including Mastermind, Honey We’re Killing the Kids, A Question of Sport, London Zoo and Street Doctor. As Creative Director at ITV label Multistory Media, Sally had a successful track record of winning hundreds of hours of commissions and Exec Producing many of their hit primetime and daytime shows including the highly acclaimed Michael Apted series – 63Up, Absolutely India: Mancs to Mumbai with the Thomas Brothers, Nation’s Favourite Walks: Top 100 with Julia Bradbury and Ore Oduba, Ade in Britain, Fierce With Steve Backshall, Embarrassing Pets, Gino D’Acampo’s Italian Express, Robson Green’s Coastal Lives, Hot Tub Britain and Last Laugh in Vegas.

Prior to working in TV, Amanda enjoyed life as a Butlin’s Redcoat, British Airways Cabin Crew member and also had a career in Formula 1. Raised in Northumberland, she’s fiercely proud of her northern roots.
Amanda joined the BBC in 1999 and went on to become an established freelance entertainment and fact ent series producer, director and developer, working on some of the highest-rating, award-winning shows in the UK including I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Dancing on Ice, Andrew Lloyd Webber's I'd Do Anything & Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Total Wipeout, Take Me Out, Big Brother, All Star Family Fortunes, Hell’s Kitchen, Soccer Aid, Pointless, The Weakest Link, The Children’s Champion Awards and Coach Trip.

Liz started her career as a Production Manager at Nickelodeon UK and moved to Manchester ahead of the curve in 1999, joining Mersey TV to work on Brookside. She then spent 6 years at BBC Entertainment working on a variety of programmes from A Morning With… and Vets in the Country to I Love 1990s, TOTP Awards, Britain’s Best Sitcom and Honey We’re Killing the Kids. In 2006 Liz helped set up Shine North in Manchester as their Production Executive working across over 100 hours of TV, ranging from Battle of The Brains, to Banged Up, Idris Elba: King of Speed, A Band for Britain and Diageo AFP funded show World’s Best Bartender Competition. After joining dock10 in 2014 as Commercial Manager Liz set up her own consultancy in 2017 and has worked for a variety of companies across the UK including Naked (Fremantle) PE on The Rap GameUK S3 – S5, BBC News and Sport, ViacomUK, True North, Expectation and McCann Manchester.

Megan is a development specialist with experience across factual entertainment, formats, talent led travelogues and access docs. Megan has played a pivotal role in winning a broad range of commissions including 999: Britain From Above, Secrets of Your Supermarket Shop, Scam Interceptors, Bargain Loving Brits by the Sea, Scouting For Toys and Why Do Men Earn More Than Women? She has a strong track record of developing trusting relationships with sensitive institutions and is passionate about bringing incredible stories to life.

Tom is a Development AP with a special interest in Factual Entertainment. In previous roles he's secured commissions across multiple major broadcasters, these include: Digging For Treasure, I'm An Alcoholic: Inside Recovery & Giovanna Fletcher: Made In Italy.
He has also Story Produced on primetime series, 'Isle of Wight: Jewel Of The South' & 'Shetland: Scotlands Wonderous Isles'. Alongside AP credits on international hit, 'Hot Wheels Ultimate Challenge' and home favourites 'Winter On The Farm', 'A Lake District Farm Shop' & 'Four In A Bed'
When he's not thinking up brand new TV ideas, he spends his time in the kitchen cooking up various flavours of delicious fudge!

Harry is a Development AP and proud Northerner with a special interest in Factual Entertainment and Music. He started his career in scripted television, where he gained a script editing credit on CBBC drama series The Dumping Ground, before transitioning into factual television. In his previous development roles, he helped with the pitching and development of series including 24/7 Pet Hospital and the upcoming BBC Daytime series Joanna Page’s Wild Life and The Big Idea Works.
Outside the office, Harry is an up-and-coming stand-up comedian and compére, and has performed at iconic comedy clubs like The Stand and The Frog and Bucket. He considers himself the 'funny one in the office' (other opinions differ).

Sarah joined Salamanda Media as company accountant in September 2020, providing accountancy, tax, payroll, production accountancy, and company secretarial services.
Sarah is owner director of her family’s accountancy practice; Anita Woolley & Co Limited and has provided accountancy services to the TV industry for over 20 years, specialising in providing a personal and individual service to television production companies from start-ups to the more well established companies.
